We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products and suggest using them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are not completely satisfied after 14 days and within 60 days of purchase, please reach out to us at support@allumehealth.com for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to orders can be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, modifications may not be possible as your order will have already been processed. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We ensure our products are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@allumehealth.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess and determine if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost. Please note, items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse will not be replaced or refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery delays out of our control (such as courier issues or customs delays) are not our responsibility. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is crucial that you provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot resend or refund orders where the incorrect address was provided and not corrected within 24 hours of order placement.
